  1. I couldn't agree more. Those points were exactly what I've been talking about with my family and fellow bloggers. Thanks for listing them for us! [BTW- just love your posts overall! I email to friends and link to them all the time.]

I know we're supposed to be "proud" that there are so many new registered voters in 2008 - but what kind of people are they? What do they know, and where is their info coming from? This next generation after me is really frightening.

  2. Exactly, Melissa!

People need to take responsibility to inform themselves about the issues so they can make wise choices when voting. It never ceases to amaze me how poorly informed so many people are.

Our corrupt and biased media shapes people into becoming self-centered, non-thinking robots who lack morals and adopt the values (religion) pushed on them by our secular, atheistic society.

Many people are just too lazy or too apathetic to think on their own. Critical thinking skills are no longer taught in the (public) schools nor are they encouraged or rewarded in our society.

Thanks for your comments and your kind words, Melissa.

    God bless you!

  3. It will be interesting to see what happens when the parents of some of those who come up with those reasons start getting their wealth "redistributed".

  4. The last 2 days have been the biggest "sell off" of Wall Street since after the 1900 election. It seems investers are taking BO's words about taxing them seriously.

Anyone with a 401k better move it to an IRA if possible. BO plans to use it to finance social security, and just give you a 3% increase back.

Rather than expanding, business is starting to lay off to conserve cash. BO's win may turn this resession into a full fledged depression.

There is much more to come, I have just scratched the surface.

Is this the "change we can all live with" that you all wanted?
