Praying in the Presence of Our Lord

Today in Eucharistic Adoration, I will be praying for...

1. justice for Christin Alysabeth Gilbert, who died on January 13, 2005, from complications to third trimester abortion procured at Women's Health Care Services in Wichita, Kansas. I will also pray for the repose of her soul and healing for her family.

2. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito as he begins his duties that he will interpret the constitution in the way that God intended it to be interpreted.

3. that all of God's children will be open to life and have a deep respect for the sanctity of life from the moment of conception to natural death.

4. that all those who dwell in darkness will be resurrected by the light of Christ's love.

5. a special intention for Governor Kathleen Sebelius.

6. all those who blog for life.

7. healing for Victor, Ed, and Bob, who are suffering from prostate cancer.

8. a man who is 84 years old, was just admitted to the hospital with double pneumonia, and a mass was discovered in his lung.

9. Kathy, who will undergo surgery today to amputate her leg below the knee.

10. for the special intentions of my Oblate prayer partner.

11. for an end to abortion and the closing of all abortion mills.

12. for the conversion of Bonnie Scott Jones and all those who protect child abusers.

Please join me in praying for these intentions. If you have a special need or request, I would be happy to pray with you and for you. God reward you!

  1. Something is wrong with the layout of your blog.

In Internet Explorer the sidebar is displayed first and then the posts.

In Firefox it is a real jumbled mess.
